Pop-up Book Lily Page

Lily symbolizes a long-lasting marriage and happy family union for one hundred years. I utilized the technique of horizontal "V," which could build a sturdy, self-supporting shape of a flower. Length:10" width: 10"

Pop-up Book Lotus Page

Lotus is one of the most popular flowers in Chinese culture. It symbolizes perfection and purity, and it also represents longevity and nobility. I used the square-on box technique to build the lotus petals. Length:10" width: 10"

Pop-up Book Peony Page

In Chinese culture, peony represents richness, honor, and female beauty. To show its lush, full, and rounded blossom, I designed a full-blown red peony at the center of the page, which petals are connected and overlapped each other. Length:10" width: 10"

POP Display

The Point of Purchase Display, which is a truncated pyramid, and each surface carries three individual small candy packages, and total twelve small candy packages in the whole display. To show the brand name and small candy packages clearly, I used black as the background color. Height: 12" Length:10" width: 10"

Sculpture

Using wire construction screen and paper mache, I created an abstracting sculpture, which combines visual and structural elements of both a manufactured commercial type object and an organic type object. Color scheme: Monochromatic. Height: 16" Radius: 12"
